1. No alcoholic beverages are allowed on the city of Gardendale property!
2. Please provide your own trash bags and place all trash in the dumpster before leaving.
3. Please have this reservation receipt with you as proof of reservation. If someone refuses to leave your reserved pavilion during your scheduled time, contact the Gardendale Police Department at (205) 631-8787.
4. This pavilion reservation doesn’t reserve the respective playground. All City of Gardendale playgrounds are open to the public at all times unless closed for maintenance.
5. Cancellation Policy: Once paid, the fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
